Hot Stuff Cyanoacrylate Glues

The term “CA” is short for Cyanoacrylate Adhesive, a one-part instant cure adhesive.  A chemical synthesis process produces Cyanoacrylates by changing acetate to an acrylate.

Stick Fast™ Cyanoacrylates are surface insensitive formulated to provide bonding on a wide variety of materials without primers.

Hot Stuff is an industrial quality cyanoacrylate glue that has been developed to cover a far greater range of industrial and domestic uses than any other instant glue.

Hot stuff is available in three varieties to ensure the correct properties for each application. We do not comprimise this product to try and do all things but precisely tailor the product to suit each application.

These fast acting glues are usefull for a variety of applications.

Storage

Unopened Bottles
Store in a dry area, ideally at less than 50^o F and out of direct sunlight.  May be stored in a refrigerator but freezing is not recommended.  If stored in a refrigerator, bring up to room temperature before using.  To further improve shelf life we also purge every bottle with a special gas to eliminate contaminates and moisture.

DO NOT refill bottles.  Refilling will shorten the shelf life of the added cyanoacrylate and may create contamination.

Opened bottles
Store in a cool, dry area, out of direct sunlight.

Do not store in freezer; humidity or atmospheric moisture in the bottle will condense, causing premature curing and reduce shelf life.  The cold temperatures will also affect viscosity.

How to extend the shelf life:

Moisture is the primary cause of reduced shelf life.  When storing cyanoacrylates for an extended time, place bottle in a moisture tight jar, PET plastic (peanut butter jar)

DO NOT STORE CYANOACRYLATE WITH OR NEXT TO ACTIVATOR

The ACTIVATOR’S fumes will initiate the cure within the bottle
